PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Our products are custom-made, and production begins within hours of an order being placed.
CANCELLATIONS
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of ordering. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via our contact page.
We'll do our best to accommodate requests received after this window but cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship exclusively within the United States via USPS and offer the following options:
Your order is handcrafted and production typically begins within hours of your order. Once your package ships, estimated delivery times are:
- USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days ($9.50, free on orders over $80)
- USPS Ground Advantage: 5-8 business days ($7.50)
These are estimates based on our actual shipping history. Carrier delays during holidays and severe weather can add time.
Most customers receive their orders within one week, though some take longer depending on the shipping method chosen, and your location.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders of $80 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States, fulfilled via USPS Priority Mail.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We ship to US addresses only.
