I keep ordering from this company. I am a nationally certified dog obedience instructor and must have consistent safe training equipment. Palomine lines makes their biothane lines, leashes, etc., with 2 rivets for extra strength and safety, other products do NOT.
I will keep ordering as I trust Palomine products.

Biothane is new to me and I like the feel of it, my pup occassionally gets mouthywith it, and it seems to be durable as well.
Nicholas, thank you for your review; we're happy you like the feel of BioThane. It is easier on the hands than other leash materials. Do watch your pup's mouthy-ness. BioThane is not chew-proof. Until your pup has finished teething and learned not to mouth a leash, you will want to watch him/her closely. Best of luck with all your dog adventures!
This is my 3rd purchase and I noticed that this line has a little more texture than ones I purchased previously. Makes it slightly less slippery !
Thank you for your review and feedback. We appreciate it! There are slight variances in all production runs of BioThane. If your leash is slippery, particularly in wet conditions, try washing your leash or long line in mild dishwashing liquid mixed with warm water. We suggest using the grease-fighting kind to remove residual oils from the manufacturing process, as well as sunscreen and/or lotion. You will want to rinse your leash really well afterwards and wipe it dry. Kind regards to you and yours!

Love this leash. I use it for scent work or if I just want to give my dog some extra space. Great texture and width make it light and easy to reel in.

Just got my order today. I got the 3/8" 6' in purple and a 10' in maroon and love the leads! The material feels soft in my hands and I love how lightweight these are! Working with Palomine was fantastic as I had a request to add an o-ring to one of the leash handles. They were super responsive and able to make the change to my order. The leashes both seem very high quality and I look forward to using them at a training tomorrow. Only slight hiccup was on me as I made the mistake of getting the small snap, but I guess that will be a reason to place another order!

If the small snaps are not the right fit for you and your dog, please return the leashes to us and we will replace the snaps with a different size. We don't want to take away a reason to place another order, but we do want you to have the right snaps!
