Returns and Exchanges: If the line Buyer purchases is not the right fit for Buyer and/or Buyer's dog, it may be exchanged for a different size.  The difference in price will be (1) refunded to Buyer or applied toward return shipping cost if replacement is of lesser value; or (2) charged to the Buyer if replacement is of greater value.  Return shipping is not included in returns or exchanges.  An electronic invoice will be sent to Buyer and must be paid before item is shipped back to Buyer.  

If a line is damaged during Buyer's use of line, it should be returned for repair or replacement.   A repair/replacement fee, if any, will be determined by Palomine Lines.  Upon Buyer's agreement to the repair/replacement fee, an electronic invoice for repair/replacement and return shipping will be sent to Buyer and must be paid prior to the item being shipped back to Buyer.   If the line is cut or partially cut or it is chewed, the line cannot be repaired other than by shortening the length of the line.  The bolt snap must accompany the line that is to be repaired/replaced.  If a BOLT SNAP is faulty, send a photograph to Palominelines@q.com along with a description of the problem and arrangements will be made to replace the line with the faulty bolt snap.

If by some small chance, a line has a manufacturing defect it should be returned to Palomine Lines for repair or replacement.  Should it be determined by Palomine Lines that the line has been misused (has an appearance that is beyond normal wear and tear) and does not have a manufacturing defect, Buyer will be notified of repair/replacement fee and return shipping costs.  An electronic invoice will be sent to Buyer for such repair and return shipping, and must be paid prior to item being shipped back to Buyer.  If Palomine Lines determines that the line has a manufacturing defect, it will repair or replace the line at no additional cost to Buyer.  Any liability shall not exceed the replacement cost of the item.

All shipments leaving our shop are sent in a safe and secure manner, and insured up to $50.00 unless otherwise specified by Buyer (additional insurance may be purchased by Buyer before item(s) ship).  We are not responsible for damage in route caused by mishandlig of packages.  Claims or losses must be made with the United States Postal Service by Buyer.  Note any losses or damages on your packing slip at the time of delivery.  If your package is damaged upon arrival, please save the packaging until the claim is resolved. 


Lines are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and will be calculated at checkout.  If actual shipping charge is less than what is charged at checkout, the difference will be refunded to buyer.

Payment Methods 
We accept PayPal (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and checks are accepted through PayPal).  Checks may be mailed with a customer's order to Palomine Lines, 631 N Cochise Cir., Silver City, NM 88061.  Purchases must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the Buyer is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing address is used solely to bill the Buyer for the purchase.  

Dog activities and training are never without risk of injury.  Do not use any of the products sold by Palomine Lines without consulting a local professional who is able to examine the product in person.  Palomine Lines will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries to humans and/or animals.  If customers do not agree with this policy they should not purchase products from Palomine Lines.
